Advice on volume of Peroxide

Can anyone on here please give me advice on what Volume/strength Peroxide to use with Wella Koleston Perfect 6/45?

I've been having it dyed at a Salon but need to start saving for Xmas and have found it cheaper to do it myself. Thanks in advance
