Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone has gone from a home salon to mobile. I know it's more common the other way round but I'm currently working from home and will need my room as a spare bedroom in the next year so am looking at going mobile. I know there are disadvantages to mobile but hoped there might be other therapists who have done this and could give any info or advice of how to transition and what has/hasn't worked well.
My home salon is very busy so I'm not too worried about client base as I will be working fewer hours and im thinking it will balance out as mobile won't work for everyone. Renting a room isn't really an option as I want to be really flexible with hours around my family and want to keep overheads low.
