hi there i was just wondering if anyone no's whether their is an age limit on employing an apprentice???
i have a girl applied for a job as an apprentice and she is 23, i dont no whether she is able to go on an apprenticeship scheme or not.
just thought id ask you guys before checking it out with acas.

hi, i was thinking of applying for an apprenticeship in hairdressing, i am 21, was told that apprenticeships are for anyone between the age of 16-24, aslong as they start the apprenticeship by the time they are 24 if foesnt matetr when they finish it, hope this helps

The age Is fine for an apprentice, however the pay Is more for that age, rather than someone 16-19
