Yes a disability because she says feels she has issues & can't stop working.
My guess is it's not so much that she decides to work those hours but just finds herself doing so - therefore it's not really through work ethic but through unconsciously feeling the need to work that she does 50 hours a week. That must be a disability when trying to have a life outside of work.

I hardly go out out, just like staying in with my husband and we go out for dinner but I find the job very social.

We go on holiday 3 or 4 times a year, so that's my down time.

Bless your kindness Baggy Bear. My mum says she has a daughter that won't stop working and a son that won't go to work, I got his share of the work ethic.
