I need to sell my business but looking for advice as to what's the best way to do it x

Be very careful. I used Blacks Business Brokers, they told me a load of lies to get me to sign the contract, over valued then didn't sell it I sold it on my own. I would try free advertising first and advertise in local papers. Just google sell your business for free and some free sites will come up. Don't trust agents they are not worth the money.

When I sold my franchise, I advertised on Dalton's Business. My buyer contacted me on Christmas Day - a very nice present!

Get your books in order, these are the first things a prospective buyer will want to see.
