I am a full time beauty student and had been getting ESA benefit, however I am now not entitled to it, I went to the jobcentre to claim JSA and they have said as I am a fulltime student I'm not entitled to benefits, I'm a single parent of 4 children aged from 5 to 17. I spoke to an advisor who told me my best option is to do beauty as self employed around college and my children, which is fine by me, he said I just need to call tax credits and tell them I'm now self employed and I can claim working tax, has anyone else been in this situation? That can offer advice?
