Hello Pros!
I have a quality question. I'm relatively new to bleach and recently had my dark brown lvl 6 hair bleached in order to achieve light pastel hair (or as close as I can get for now). I just had a root touch up (my first) a month ago and am now noticing that I have a pretty clear demarcation line between the original bleach level which is very light and the root touch up line which is pretty orange and at least a shade darker. Is that common in bleaching as the toner fades out? I don't want to make an issue of it if that's normally (although I'll probably go back to a darker color as I don't like the look of roots + one color line + another color line). If it's not normal does anyone have suggestions of good salons to try in the Seattle area to get it adjusted?
