Body brushing

Hi beauty ladies.

I wanna get into body brushing. Can anyone recommend a good brush?

I guess natural bristles are better than plasticky ones?

Is body brushing one of the best exfoliation techniques?

Elemis body brush is great. Body brushing is a really good way of exfoliating. It is great for helping to stimulate your circulation and can help to improve the appearance of cellulite.

I love ESPA body brush it's £16 - Made from Mexican Cactus Plant's it's the best body brush I've used. I've found that some aren't harsh enough to exfoliate well, whereas this one if brilliant

My favourite sisal body brush is the Absolute Aromas one, which uses Mexican cactus, and has a detachable head so you can use it on or off the long reach stick. Even better, at just over £7 it's a fraction of the cost of many comparable brushes!
