Hi All,
I manage an upmarket spa owned by a large company! They have called an urgent budget meeting tomorrow - which leaves me little research time. My therapists are on £7 p/h for level 3 and I have a college leaver level 3 at £6
My £7 staff are also expected to take the spa day bookings, cash ups and product ordering!
can I please have some of your views on what I should be pushing for the the new budget (we have only been open 6 months !)
