I'm looking for some consumer advice about semi-permanent makeup.
I had my brows 'microbladed' by a lady who works under a company name by herself.
I got the microblading on Groupon (I know I'm sorry!)
The lady has maimed my brows beyond repair amd has left me with scarring so deep that even a thick concealer won't cover. I have had a refund from Groupon but have been left with horrific brows. I wish I could upload a picture. I have shared images with friends and family who can't believe the state I have been left.
I have sought legal help but have come up against a brick wall as I can't take further action until I know who she is insured by. And I can't find this out due to data protection. Has anyone else had a similar situation or can give me any advice. I'm desperate x

You don't need to know who her insurer is as you are suing the therapist or the salon, not the insurance company.
The insurance is for her benefit to cover any claims made against her or the salon.
