Can I achieve this hairstyle?

I have thick hair, I believe waxy and currently my bangs curl at the ends but it could be the current length, any suggestions? thanks for the help

The cut looks like a straight razor cut on the ends. I would clip the top up & razor cut the interior of the sides in a longer undercut then let the top lay over the sides with razor cut ends or slide cut the middle-ends with shears. You can get straightening products to blow dry in but a hair straightening iron will get you where you want. Apply a working soft wax to middle-ends to separate & give texture. This look will depend a lot on the cut.
