Can I use a scalp treatment with a new colour?

Hiya, just looking for some advice on my hair.

I have just had my hair dyed red and I love it. It's quite a bright, vibrant red.

Anyway, occasionally I get sebacious dermatitis and need to use a scalp treatment called betnovate to wash my hair with.

Will this affect the colour in any way?
