Hi Guys,

As you may already know I was using Star Nails gel but now have changed to the Edge. I still have one lady with this product on her nails and it is rather thick looking. She is coming for an infill this week and I just wandered if I could just buff of the majority of the gel and rebuild the structure with the new gel? The only reason I ask is because I am worried about the strength of the nails and effectiveness of the new product if this is done.

If the gel is well adhered to the nail with no lifting then i would just leave it on and re balance with the new gel...if there is lifting then just remove the lifting and continue as normal...xx

I did this when I changed from star nails to IBD it worked fine.
