I'm at college training in massage. I had a client out of college the other day who contacted me because she had hurt her shoulder she had gone doctor and he said it was fine to have a massage! Since the massage she is complaining that her shoulder is worse! I explained that for about a day or two after there can be a bit of pain as its working on muscle not used and all that kind of stuff but she's messaged me again today (second day after massage) saying it hasn't eased! What's the best thing to do from here? Any help or advice would be great!
Thank you in advance

Its common to feel sore 1-3 days after a massage due to the lactic acid being flushed from the congested tissues
