Client Consultation Cards...

I have put my vote in but with new clients I fill the details in before they start their treatment during the consultation, but for existing clients I check there has been no changes before hand then fill in the treatment details after.

Yes I too keep up to date records tend to complete them after client leaves but I get them out each morning as to whom I have appointments with and clients are aware that I up date them, very helpfull as I do refer to them for polish and art details. Client will say "can I have that nail art you did last year when I went on hol you know the one .........? You know what I mean. LOL.
