Hey everybody nice to hopefully speak to a lot of you.
Im looking in to giving some new recruits a 40/60 contract is this classed as self employed?
Iv read if im supplying all the products advertising etc then 40/60 is a good deal.
Is there any way i can offer that contract but as an employee?
