Crazy Colour - White??

Been seeing this for ages, its like a direction, or Crazy colour type product, and I presume it is used in the same way as a coloured one of same, ie over prelightened hair.
I just wanna know WHAT it does, can't figure it out, and I wanna find a reason to use it!

never used it but i supose it acts like a toner to cancel any yellow tones

Is it not similar to an ash toner like P01 in Luo, like a white blonde?

Buts just pure white how would it work on PL hair? Theres no colour in it and I imagine it would be pretty much see through or opaque when on.........

Ha just asked a hair friend on FB and she said it does nothing but add shine............ mystery solved. Actually what clear semi brand do you all use?

Could it maybe turn their shocking colours to more pastels when mixed?? X

just went on website, the directions one is not white its pale bluey this is what it said

Directions White Toner is good for neutralising yellow tones left after bleaching,.

White can be used to make bleached hair white or to improve the performance of other colours, particularly blues which can sometimes have a greenish tint on freshly bleached hair. Toner will have no effect on un-bleached hair.

who knows what it does i will not be using it as a toner thats for sure, maybe to mix with cols x

tried this - doesn't work lol i use white conditioner (a cheap one works well) and add a drop of the crazy colour until desired pastel colour is achieved, always works well for me especially pink/lavender
