Hi, so a few months ago I had my hair dyed a dark ginger color. She lightened my hair and some streaks are blonde and some are still dark brown. I have very dark hair naturally, nearly black. Also, around 3 or 4 inches of my tips are platinum blonde from bleaching 2 years ago. I went to do my grown at roots, bleached them till they were platinum, and dyed them red. The color turned out way darker than I wanted, but now what I really want is blonde hair. Should I bleach everything again, or should I use a color stripper than bleach the sections that need them?
Do I strip color or bleach?
