When a client books in for a manicure. I get the bowl of water ready, my tools and products etc and as I go to start, she says - "Oh, did I book for a manicure? I'll just have them painted today'. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!! It makes me so mad. Half the time and half the money. They don't seem to understand that I'm trying to make a living. THAT'S WHAT BUGS ME.
