Im in a position to hire a part time therapist as since having my baby im only able to work part time but I have to many clients to fit in to the hours I am available so desperately need another therapist to work the hours i can't.

Basically for those of you that employ staff have you got any advice or tips you can give me for interviewing potential employees ?

My accountant is going to sort out payroll etc so don't really need to worry about that side of things but am wondering what sort of things I should put in a contract ?

Any other advice you could give me would be fab.

Thank you

Why not get candidates to give you a facial or some other treatment so that you can assess the standard of their work. Good luck! x
