I know a lot of people run successful home salons and seems like most of you are like me - just a one man band working for myself from a room at home.
I have worked from home for 5 years and now looking to expand but don’t want the overheads of renting a shop so I wondered.... Has anyone successfully grown their home salon ie moved from a room in their house into a large garden cabin and then taken on an additional member of staff and a self employed makeup artist / Micro blading clinics etc. My vision is to run a larger salon but from home rather than on the high street.. would love some advice from those who have done this x
