I HATE doing them! I am employed and my manager is only in one/two days a week so have to do them! I have one regular client who has literally NO lashes and I mean none! She expects me to put individual lashes on non existent lashes and it bugs me so much because on this client, as well as most, the lashes get stuck to the pad / tape under neath even though I double stick and lift the eyelids up with tape well so at the end of the treatment I’m trying not to poke their eyes out detaching them, lash placement sucks sometimes, the lengths are all over the place in the lash trays, my manager knows this so it’s hard to even tell what I’m using?
Has anyone got any tips for me?! I’ve got 3 lash sets today I feel like having a heart attack. I’ve been doing them for 2 years but I don’t do a lot of sets x
