Facebook asking you to watch other pages

On your facebook insight page it gives you the option to watch other pages to compare them to yours, do the business' know your watching them?

As far as I'm aware they don't. I had a notification that someone was watching my page but I wasn't able to tell who it was, just that someone was watching it

Yeah I also had a notification that another page was watching mine but it didn't say who x
