Facelift?

Hello everyone! I am really concerned about my skin especially my face and neck, it has this loose parts which really makes me look old. Some of my friends advise me to undergo facelift surgery. Even though I am open for the said procedure, is there any other alternative? If not where can I have this facelift surgery and how much would it cost?

Have you tried the non surgical facelift? Personally I haven't had it done (yet!) but I hear the results are fantastic and at a fraction of the cost of surgery.
