Finishing a blow dry

Hi

Just starting out doing curly blowdrys, all fine up to point of taking out pin curls & rollers and actually finishing the look? I'm not a hairdresser but a beauty therapist who wanted to add curly blows for my clients. Any advice so appreciated xx
