first rebalance on wed! quite nervous

hi everyone, my model who came to my 4 day fc is coming round for a rebalance wed and im worried that i have forgotten what to do!! aarghh. i remember i have to cut it down reshape, doing it zone by zone etc.... what file is it? and if anyone can add to this it would be a great help! thankyou, i know it will take time for me to get the hang of this which is why im glad it is my friend coming round! and it gives me lots of practice.
sorry for asking such a thick question, but i appreciate any help & advice from u guys that are more experienced
