Hi! I'm currently training in gel nail extensions, and one thing I'm noticing is that everybody's nails are super thick, is this normal? I appreciate they are trying to build the arch but it just looks bulbous. If I create thin extensions or thin overlays, will they not last as long?
Gel nail thickness, is it really necessary?

They probably are going to look thick & bulbous as your training, thin, natural looking enhancements with correct apex placement is a skill that comes with time & LOTS OF PRACTICE! [emoji6] remember the strength of a nail enhancement doesn't come from the thickness it comes from the correct placement of product .....your apex!
