Gellux LED lamp?

Hi, I have just used my new gellux led lamp with gellux base coat, polish and top coat but despite proper nail preparation my clients varnish has rubbed off, any ideas why? Apparently the lamp wasn't warm so I'm wondering if it's faulty, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Did you put the whole hand in and cure in one go? Was it the thumbs that wiped off? You need to cure the thumbs separately with that lamp so this may be your problem.

Ah, I put the whole hand in, although capital have checked it and agreed it is faulty so have replaced it. Hopefully It doesn't happen next time. Thanks for getting back to me.
