Gellux on acrylics, help!

Hi ladies, I don't really do nails but I've started with gellux gel polish on friends. One of my friends has acrylic nails on, has gel poilish when she gets them done but they use a drill to remove it!
How can I remove gellux from acrylics at home!?

Best just buffing it off tbh I'd use s fairly coarse file as she's got acrylics under, it's not like you're near her own nail
