Glowing Brisa

Went disco bowling earlier tonight and there was loads of uv lights.
My nails which are overlayed with Brisa showed up as light green under the lights, But my thumb nails didn't yet I have brisa on all my nails
Can anyone come up with a reason why my thumbs weren't glowing ????????

Did you have anything else on your nails.... Your description would pretty much have rulled out Brisa as being the 'glow' agent in my experience.

Silly me I only just remembered I did put a coat of finish it over the brisa hence the glow lol
Maybe my thumbs didnt cure the same ?

did you put a top coat on? total eclipse (polish ) glows.
