I've finally found a salon that I think is worth a closer look at and would like some advice or tips on what i should be looking out for. I have no experience with salons or the business so it's uncharted waters for me. I'll be taking this on with a view to managing and building the business - not providing the actual treatments.
Apart from the obvious things like the accounts, lease, employee contracts, inventory list and actual look and feel of the salon are there any specific things to look out for that may be a warning not to go near it?
