hi i have a lady who is around 80percent grey but uses box dye blonde id say around a 10, very light but a bit yellow. she wants to break it up and add a little something to it. iv gone with 10/38 koleston for roots and 88/03 color touch plus for some fine low lights. iv not tackled grey before and im worrying about result how do we feel about those colours will it work? thank u xx

If your not confident in doing grey hair, should you really be doing it? The only thing that will cover grey hair is a basic level example 1,2,3,4... How long are you doing hair because honestly grey hair was the first thing I learned when I started 8 years ago...

Hi usually on white hair I feel that a level 10 can look a bit transclucent I would usually go down to a 9 or 50/50 9 +10 . /38 is predominately warm . I would use a base shade i.e. 9 mixed with 10/1 , . For the lowlight I would use 8/7 or 7/7
