A recent poll led by NetVoucherCodes.co.uk has found that the Swinging Sixties is the best decade when it comes to hair.

With the likes of Edie Sedgewick and Anita Pallenberg blazing the hair trails way back when, it's no surprise that the 60s came out on top. Between the beehives, the bobs, the bouffants and the mop tops, The Beatles, Audrey Hepburn and Twiggy were listed as hair icons of the decade.

With 640 people polled, 33% declared the 60s the winner with the 1950s coming in second place. Only one fifth of those asked chose the 90s but almost all said that Jennifer Aniston's 'Rachel' cut was the most famous of the decade.

And bless the 80s. The mullet, the perm and the backcomb proved the least popular with the decade only receiving 1% of the votes.

Until then...geek on!
