Currently, I am a booth renter in a salon. On November 1, this salon is going to commission. I was told I could stay booth rent because the owner does not want to supply my nail supplies. However, she told me I would be commission for hair services. Is this legal? I don't think it is but wanted your opinions and direction on where I can find information on this in writing.
