Help, hot film wax experts?

Hey,

I have purchased some hot film wax which I would like to try out. I am so used to strip wax I was wondering if any experts can help.

I have a babyliss satin smooth wax heater - which is the best setting for this wax ? It goes 1-10 so not sure on degrees.
