Help needed with marketing IPL system for hire

Hi all,

I have an Ellipse IPL system available for hire on a daily/weekly basis.

The system is the Ellipse, and provides treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation and facial thread veins.

I am looking to provide availability to salons throughout the North West.

Would it be better to advertise in a trade magazine, or approach the businesses on an individual basis?
