Help with Staff Incetives and bonuses??

Can anyone help ??

I want to implement a bonus scheme for my therapists in order to incentivise them to sell more retail items.

Can anyone let me know, what you do and what is the standard practice for this ??


I have no idea where to start !!!

Hi beauty star,

At the salon I work at whenever we sell dermalogica products we get 10% of whatever we sell as an incentive. So maybe you could do something similar. Hope that heps

Although a cash incentive seems the most common method, I've known salons that give the commission in the form of free products. This way the therapists not only get free products, but they also get to use the products & experience them first-hand, making it easier for them to sell the products.

Nice idea to give the products Martin. I think mine prefer the cold, hard cash!!
