How did you do your market research?

I need to do one for a business plan and I'm putting it off as I don't want to waste time listing every competitor that I find on google in x amount or miles vicinity if there is a quicker way. Please help!

Market research is probably the most important thing you can do. It's worth doing it properly
I can't think of a quicker way.

I managed to get my hands on the 2 most recent Cenus reports for my area & used them to show how many women of my target age lived nearby.

A bit of goigling & pure luck brought them up, dint ask me how id prob never find them again lol!

Im not good with things like business plans but the figures & facts seemed to fit in well & help xx
