How to go about finding a treatment room to rent in a salon?

Hi all. I'm in the process of trying to set up a small business and after looking at renting my own place entirely (and the costs involved in the legal and planning aspects, not to mention the work that would be needed to spruce the place up), I've decided that my best option would be to rent a room in an existing salon to begin with. Except I have no idea where on earth to find a listing of available rooms? Do any of you know where I might be able to get a list of rooms that are currently available for rent, or at least any websites where such rooms are regularly advertised? Or is this a case of knocking on doors at various existing salons and asking what they might have available?

I'm based in Worcestershire, but would consider something in Herefordshire or Gloucestershire too.
