So I've only just started charging a deposit for new sets of lash extensions. I've had a lady ask me what happens if she is allergic, will she get her deposit back and just wondered what everyone usually does? On the on hand it's not her fault if she is allergic but also I am still taking 15 minutes to sit with her to fill out a form and setting up my room for the patch test as I test on the lashes not behind the ear. Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks x

You can either take a booking fee for the appointment or you could charge for the consultation and patch test (even if its just a small amount) and the you could offer to deduct the amount from the treatment charge so if your client is allergic or doesnt go ahead with the treatment you still get paid for the consultation.

Okay will do that, thank you x
