Lowlights in blonde hair??

Would a level 7 neutral be ok to tone down bleached hair??

It depends on the porosity of the bleached hair, 7/0 can grab and go khaki colour if the hair is very porous, I would use a 7/3 or a 7/37 or even a quasi if the hair is quite damaged x

7/3 is my favourite to go with blonde! If it's really blonde put smudge 6/3 in to grab on to the blonde as it will fade quickly!
