Thanks for all the input and feedback.

My colleague has gotten some cream from the doctor because her skin was really bad.

Her skin has cleared up again now and will be going to Selfridges when ID comes out to try it out and see how she gets on with it.

Your client can also get it from QVC (who offer a 30 day money back Guarantee) so should your client not like, or say try it a couple of times and then have reaction to it, she can send it back. Sometimes its better to try things over a few days rather than 5 mins in a shop.
