Hey Geeks!

I’m new here :)

I’m thinking about setting up a treatment room in my house and just doing massage but have a few questions.

Do i really need to do a consultation form with my clients? If so does anyone know where I can get them from? I’ve seen a few on eBay but I don’t think they are the best. I was taught in college that you should always do a consultation, but everyone I talk to either in salons or mobile doesn’t do one?

Thanks for any advice and help x

Without a consultation form, your insurance is probably invalid.

Essential to have a consultation form completed for each client before you start a treatment and use products on them.
So many allergies around now to be careful of. Most clients who have massage are suffering with some sort of problem such as Back ache, arthritis, muscular issues so you need to track everything.

You can buy ready made consultation cards from wholesalers or make your own.

Thanks for getting back to me! I Definitely will do a consultation then, I knew I had to, but wanted to see what other people thought. Thanks again :)
