I'm looking to lose around 1 stone, I am currently eating around 1500 calories a day, and I was thinking of using a meal replacement shake for one meal e.g use a shake replacement for lunch only and then have a normal breakfast and dinner? Does anyone know whether this would work? Can anyone recommend any shakes?
