Hi all,
I’ve been researching what I need to do to set up a room from home.
The by laws in my area say adequate washing facilities Within the property and hot and cold water.
However nothing said of a sink needed in my room?
That said I’ve emailed someone here from my local council enquiring about this and he has said you need a sink in my room.
I’m just confused now as it does not state such in the by laws, surely it would? Anyone had similar issues and got round it at all? Thanks
