More pay?

I work in a salon as a Beauty Therapist where I also manage the business Facebook page (during and out of work hours), marketing emails and admin work (sales spreadsheet etc).

I only earn minimum wage, should I ask for more?

There's no harm in asking explain why you'd like more and see what they say

You're a trained professional who is also doing admin, financial and PR work - yet you're being paid the same as an unskilled, untrained worker. I think you're entitled to at least ask to be paid how much you're worth. Do some research, ask around you're local area to see what the 'going rate' is for not only a beauty therapist, but also for salon administrator and go to your boss with a number to negotiate from.

It's all about how much YOU think you're worth.
