My clients nails won't hold enhancements

I have a client who for years has had an issue with nail enhancements. Even with the nail technician before me. We have tried acrylic, gel and fiberglass/silk wraps. I have ensured proper PREP and application processes for each enhancement and the nails still lift and come off.

I use CND products through and through. I have even called the company and they have gone through my procedures with me. Sorry had to create a new account to respond from.
