Nail Pops-which is best for colour representation?

Hi I'm going to buy some nail pop sticks off eBay but I don't know whether to get clear, white or natural. I'm starting my Gelish course in 4 weeks so in the meantime I'm going to practice some nail art.

I see a lot of professionals use the clear pops, but i thought the natural would represent the colour more accurately, (if you catch my drift)
