Nail technician course in the North East.

hello geeks. My friend has jus started a nail tech course at a local college, but the course may be pulled due to lack of students. Does any one know a good nail tech course close to hartlepool? She drives so she can get to newastle, middlesbrough etc... Thanx in advance x x
