Nails, gel help please

Hi..after some advice please! So every time I do a new set of tips using gelish hard gel etc after a few days they say later on 1 nail the gel has completely come off the nail in 1 whole piece..so I repair but then a few days later another has come off! I just don't get why? I text my educator and run through everything wiv her and she says I'm doing it all right and she can't understand either. Do u all put the acid primer just on the natural nail or on the tips too? And yes I thoroughly buff the shine off the tip. It's so disheartening I could cry. Had a lady once withing 2 days lost about 3! Help..

Are you using all gelish hard gel products?

What tips are you using?

What's your prep?

What lamp are you using?

Also Do you mean pro bond? I only ask because Ghg doesn't have an acid primer?
